Choosing HIM Choosing RIGHT

There’s a lot to be said for choosing right. Especially when it’s not always the easiest choice. 99% of the time it’s also not the popular choice.

You’re going to be tempted. You’re going to have intrusive thoughts. Part of the reason why people give in to temptations so easily is because the devil convinced them that it’s NORMAL and everyone does it. But remember:

• temptations are a feeling
• temptations are a thought, they are not a choice.

The choice lies in choosing to give in to that temptation OR choosing to do right. Remember, that you will never be tempted past what you can bear and God ALWAYS provides a way out for every temptation. (See 1 Corinthians 10:13)

Though choosing wrong may seem normal and may provide a temporary convenience, high, fix or whatever it may be, it WILL NOT provide any peace. Giving in to temptation will only bring you bondage. BUT choosing right, choosing God, will bring you EVERYTHING you could ever need. He will take care of you.
